YOGA NIDRA MEDITATION begins by lying down comfortably, typically on your back with your eyes lightly closed. You are guided into a state of deep relaxation, helping you release tension and achieve a profound sense of rest. As the session progresses, you’ll engage in a body scan, enhancing your awareness of different body parts followed by breath awareness , visualizations and affirmations. This practice is designed to cultivate deep relaxation allowing you to experience a transformative state of conscious awareness that exists between being awake and asleep.

BREATHING MEDITATION is an invigorating practice that will leave you feeling refreshed and centered. You'll discover powerful breathing techniques that will help you relax and embrace mindfulness. You will be guided through each step. Whether you're just starting out or have some experience, this practice is a fantastic way to boost your well-being and elevate your spirit.

FLEXIBILITY PRACTICE begins with a brief breath awareness, allowing you to settle in and tune in with your breath. You will be guided through a series of long-held postures, targeting the connective tissues and relaxing the muscles, promoting deep relaxation. Each pose is held for about 3 to 5 minutes, with opportunities for adjustments and breath awareness throughout.
