Andrea's style in instructing yoga is very down to earth and not intimidating like other classes. Her gentle voice and poses ensures that the session is for you while not competing with anyone else.. My husband never took a group class at the gym with me until we took Andrea's yoga classes.  It's a great feeling to know that we can share our meditation and yoga practices together.  She has a diverse selection of yoga classes to choose from to keep us motivated and wanting to learn more.  Her genuine warmth and sincere concern for her students is what makes Andrea "our yoga teacher" for many years to come. Thank you so much for introducing me to a new yoga style and new (to me) yoga props. I have been practicing yoga for 15 years, but I have never practiced yin yoga before. When I practice yin yoga I can really stretch and relax. Every time when I have a question you always have an answer for me and a solution that works for my body. I appreciate it.

I love the Chair Yoga class. It is so gentle but so effective. The isometric exercise combined with breathing and meditation are powerful change agents. I am amazed. I have more range of movement and less pain, improved balance and sense of calmness. I am/was very stiff.

Last summer, I had to have knee surgery. I found it really hard to fall asleep because of the pain, and I also couldn't get into my usual sleeping position. After several hours of lying awake and in pain, I decided to try out Yoga Breathing and Yoga Nidra with Andrea, recordings she had sent me. I was so relaxed. The days during the pandemic led to so much inactivity and my hips really suffered from too much sitting. I became very stiff and noticeably less flexible. I've been a yoga practitioner for several decades but realized I could no longer do the more active classes. I found Andrea at just the right time! Her sessions are gentle and honoring of the body's limits while encouraging improvement through incremental change. Andrea is very intuitive and caring. She creates safety and inspires confidence.  I always feel so much better after doing her Mobility Yoga sessions.

I'm Andrea. I have practiced yoga since two decades and received my certification in 2014. I love to share what I have learned and has helped me to increase my well-being. Yoga offers simple and very accessible techniques to improve and maintain our well-being physically, mentally and emotionally.
